The Original Black Truffle Mac ‘n’ Cheese that stared a trend. Created years ago in the middle of the night before the Final Four Challenge in Napa Valley and now a signature dish of mine known round the world. A pinch of exhaustion and a glass of inspiration from Shafer Hillside Select and a memorable dish was born.
